How to disable the "Ctl+Alt+Del" in log-on

I am using the Win 7, when win 7 boots up and always display the "ctl+alt+del" before displaying the user account. I have tried to change using "control userpassword2" for disable it. But, it cannot be checked in the disable box. Can anyone advise me how to solve it? Many thanks!

If your win7 is the enterprise version, it cannot be disabled.

Is it a School network version?
Then cannot be disabled as it requires network login , not local login
