Can't get in the site ?

I lived in Canada but can't get in the web site ..always have a blue dot flashing ... any suggest ?

他应该不会看不懂中文，这论坛几乎都是中文，我估计是加拿大电脑没安装中文输入法，需要设置

輸入法感覺 應該不是問題吧

i did...but still the same...but if i use internet explorer instead of google chrome then i can get in the site no problem...so i think is chrome problem ...thanks for your advise anyway !!
