今天用电腦登入飄雪時，它提示这个用户组要用邮箱登入，不知有沒有大大知道如何處理，請幫忙一下，謝謝。
现在都只能在手机求救，请各位大大幫忙幫忙。

I had the same problem.....
Reset my password 5 times...
Then found out that it requires to shift the heading from "ID" to "Email".... with the latest password (number with upper case, lower case & pp)
